The PPi POWERMAG affords a cost & time effective means of salvaging steel and iron from demolition waste on site.
Its' no nonsense, hard wearing design – a marriage of an electric magnet coil and hydraulic drive, means that the control of the magnet plate is connected directly to the hydraulic system of the excavator, crane or other material handling machine, it is attached to.
To activate the magnet – switch on the hydraulic oil flow
To demagnetise the plate – switch off the hydraulic oil flow
The oil flow required is minimal, this is so as not to impair the normal function of the excavator/crane.
Connection Compatibility – the integrated pressure control valve makes connection possible to any machine.
Ease of connection – down time is kept to a minimum when changing the magnet. This is due to the hydraulic rapid-change system or chain, which is deployed.
