Mulchmaster - Heavy Duty Bi-directional Flail Cutter

PPi Limited are proud to introduce our new MULCHMASTER range of hydraulic hedge cutters.

Suitable for 1.5 mini excavators up to
20+ Ton our heavy duty flails will mulch material up to 100mm (10 cm) in diameter.

The beauty of the MULCHMASTER range is the flexibility it provides from its bi-directional cutting ability.

The smallest mini excavator size the MM60F is suitable for 1.5-2.5 Ton machines and is capable of mulching material up 30 mm (3 cm) whilst as mini excavator sizes increase each heavier machine is capable of cutting an increased diameter for example the MM130F which can cut 80 mm (8 Cm) of material.

The smallest cutter in the bigger excavator range the MM1300F which is suitable for a excavator sizes 7-11 has a cutting head of 1.3 meters long is capable of mulching material up to 80mm (8 cm).

The middle range cutter the MM1600F is suitable for excavator sizes 10-15 ton and has a cutting head of 1.5 Meters long and is capable of mulching material up to 90mm (9 cm)

The largest of this range is the MM1900F and is suitable for 14-20 Ton excavators and had an impressive 1.9 meter long cutting head. It is capable of mulching material up to 1000mm (10cm)

One of the exceptional characteristics of the Mulchmaster is the unique design of the cutting blades compared to other manufactures, our design mulches the material into finer particles therefore the material can be left to decompose onsite thus not incurring costly dumping or excessive handling charges.
