Italmek Heavy Duty Scrap Shears
The hydraulic shears iTALMEK are used in all dockyards for overhead demolition (demolition of iron structure) and for demolition at ground level (industrial demolition yard, scrap yards).
The new geometry and the use of the best construction materials on the world-wide market, make of iTALMEK shear an equipment that joins high productivity and great cutting force with limited weight.
Furthermore iTALMEK shears stand out for the following important characteristics:
• Can be mounted either on the boom or the stick of an excavator.
• Continuous right and left 360° hydraulic rotation, with an exceptional handling and precision in positioning the equipment.
• Wide jaw opening
• Removable and reversible blades, utilizable four times.
• Speed booster system ®: the powerful cylinder has a special acceleration valve which guaranties rapid working cycles.
• Overturned cylinder: for the particular conformation of cylinder is the tube that is moved by the hydraulic action while the chromium-plating rod stands still inside the equipment, in order to avoid damaging caused by demolition material.
• The structure is exclusively made in steel with the best anti-wear capacity and elastic limit (HARDOX ® and WELDOX ®) in order to obtain high abrasion resistance and very high mechanical strength, warranty of reliability and extended life of the product.
• The jaw adjustment kit eliminates the gap that is created between the frame and the jaw due to stress loads; so the machine can always work in perfect cut line.
